IS THIS YOU?

Reasons people try Spravato.

Spravato was built for people who've already put in the work — therapy, medication, time — and still haven't found relief. Tap any of these to learn more.

I've tried 2+ antidepressants with little relief
This is the clinical definition of treatment-resistant depression, and it's exactly who Spravato was developed for.
I still feel persistently low or hopeless
Ongoing low mood despite treatment is one of the most common reasons patients look into Spravato.
I've lost interest in things I used to enjoy
Loss of interest or pleasure is a core depressive symptom Spravato is studied to help improve.
I have thoughts that life isn't worth living
Spravato is also FDA-approved specifically for MDD with suicidal ideation, under close clinical supervision.
I'm exhausted by trial-and-error medication
Spravato works differently than oral antidepressants, targeting NMDA receptors rather than monoamine levels.
I need to feel better sooner, not months from now
Unlike most oral antidepressants, clinical studies observed a difference as early as 24 hours after the first dose.
A QUICK SELF-CHECK

Could Spravato be worth exploring?

This isn't a diagnosis — just three questions to help you think it through before your consultation.

1. Have you tried two or more antidepressants without lasting relief?
2. Are you still experiencing persistent low mood or hopelessness?
3. Would you be open to starting with a telehealth evaluation from home?

That's worth a conversation.

Based on what you shared, it may be worth talking through your options with our clinical team. A free consultation is a no-pressure way to find out if Spravato — or something else — is the right next step.

Since my initial intake with Beth, I have nothing but praise for the staff. The level of professionalism and attentiveness has been such a delight. Melissa, Paula and Luke have been amazing throughout the whole process. The treatment has helped me so much in relation to my depression and anxiety. Still have some off days which are a lot more controllable. Keep up the good work and positive vibes.

The best place and treatment I have ever tried. I have tried every antidepressant out there and nothing has made a difference. My girlfriend and family have noticed a huge change in me. The staff at Emerge are so friendly and nice I can't recommend this place enough. Paula is the best! She is so caring and friendly.
